A former Hotelier of the Year, Jeff David is a luxury hospitality executive with 30 years of experience opening, repositioning, and stabilizing high-profile hotels, resorts, and private clubs. His track record includes leading more than $1.8 billion in luxury assets through opening in Aspen, Anguilla, Times Square, Nantucket, Washington DC, Santa Monica, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Grenada.

In 2018 he founded Jeff David Hospitality, an independent consultancy retained by ownership groups and operators for openings, asset management, brand repositioning, and ownership transitions across the United States and the Caribbean. Recent engagements include serving as Task Force General Manager for the opening of Six Senses Grenada, the brand's first property in the Western Hemisphere; Chief Operating Officer of Method Co., a vertically integrated hospitality company with hotels, apartment hotels, restaurants, and a private club across nine cities; President and Co-Founder of Align Hospitality, a hybrid rental and members' club venture later acquired by Sentral; and President of Fitler Club in Philadelphia, a 130,000-square-foot private club he guided through both the pandemic and Hurricane Ida. He has also acted as Owner's Representative to Lubert-Adler on the reopening of Philadelphia's historic Bellevue Hotel and Sporting Club, to Cescaphe on the opening of Blind Fox Vineyard, and to Namale Resort in Fiji, and served as Opening Consultant and Interim General Manager of the Santa Monica Proper, the first luxury hotel development in Santa Monica in fifteen years.

Before founding his firm, Jeff led the 2016 resurrection of The Watergate Hotel in Washington DC, reopened the historic Knickerbocker on 42nd and Broadway as the first luxury hotel in Times Square, and spent six years as General Manager with Viceroy Hotel Group, where he opened the $550 million Viceroy Anguilla (now Four Seasons) and Viceroy Snowmass and was named Hotelier of the Year by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association. Earlier, he helped restructure Cap Juluca to its #1 Caribbean ranking, directed food and beverage at Rosewood's Little Dix Bay, and spent nine years with Four Seasons, starting as a dishwasher at the Regent Beverly Wilshire while attending UCLA and later joining the team that earned Four Seasons Boston its Five-Star, Five-Diamond recognition.

Jeff's passion is mentorship and giving back. He started as charter member of the Four Seasons Diversity Task Force. He led a community campaign against gun and gang violence in Anguilla after a young mentee was a victim in a drive-by shooting. He has served on the executive boards of the Josh Norman Foundation and the Karl and Marissa Van Noy Valor Foundation, and since 2020 on the Executive  Board of birdSEED, a Washington DC and Philadelphia nonprofit that provides no-strings-attached down payment grants to first-time homebuyers of color as a step toward closing the racial wealth gap.
